Original Designs Hardwood Box Sash Windows

Heron Joinery are experienced in the manufacture of high performance, low maintenance hardwood products and have had the pleasure of being associated with the building and joinery trade for the past 40 years.

All of our products are manufactured from selected kiln dried hardwoods that are from sustainable resources. Timber treatment, choice of colours, low maintenance microporious stains and MVP products, treatment every 5 years, subject to inspection.

Box sash windows and doors can be made to identical designs to existing windows or reproduced to windows first produced in the 17th Century. Our windows are still manufactured section of timbers, joints and installation methods as the original, with the sashes operated on cords and weights with brass faced pulleys.

All moving openings are draft proofed using high performance seals. Our double glazing complies with local authority building requirements, every installation will be inspected by building control and issued with a completion certificate.
